Sue is nothing short of a miracle worker who was able to literally put a very long chapter of my life behind me. After purchasing our townhouse at the end of 2008 our mortgage was underwater for a few years and due to circumstances of life, a pile of debt was just never going away. We had tried to talk with multiple people in the past to be able to get some equity out of our home to be able to wipe the slate clean but we kept hearing no.
